"content": "You may use the Services for internal informational and evaluation purposes only and not for any other use, except as expressly permitted by an applicable Agreement. The Services may include information and data that is proprietary to the third party providers of such information or data (\"Information Providers\"). As between you on one hand, and BNY Mellon and its Information Providers on the other, BNY Mellon and Information Providers own all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property and proprietary rights, in and to the Services, including the content, look and feel, design and organization of the Site, APIs, and the information related to APIs. All rights in and to the Services not expressly granted to you by these TOU or any applicable Agreement are reserved and retained by BNY Mellon or Information Providers, and you may use the Services only as set out therein. The availability of any Information Provider material on this Site is not to be used as a substitute for a license or services agreement directly with such Information Provider. Except as expressly permitted in the TOU or any applicable Agreement, you may not:\n- modify, copy, reproduce, publish, post, transmit, display, sublicense, transfer or distribute material from the Services without BNY Mellon’s express written permission or that of Information Providers, as applicable (\"Permission\")

BNY Mellon has the right to suspend your access to and use of the Services in the event of (i) your breach of the TOU or any applicable Agreement that is not cured within five (5) business days of BNY Mellon’s notice to you or such other period as the parties may agree in writing (including by email); (ii) a security risk or other threat to BNY Mellon, the Site, any API or other clients’ access or use of same; or (iii) Information Provider prohibiting BNY Mellon from permitting your access to its information or data. In the event of such suspension, BNY Mellon will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly notify you, including via posting to the Site."

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BNY MELLON MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICES, AND YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY BNY MELLON ON AN \"AS IS,\" \"AS AVAILABLE\" BASIS. BNY MELLON’S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TOU OR THE SERVICES IS YOUR CESSATION OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
